Let’s Begin Your Journey with
Expressive Arts Coaching
Expressive arts coaching is a unique, intuitive blend of creative reflection and supportive dialogue. Whether you’re navigating a big transition or simply feel ready to reconnect with your inner self, this work offers space to slow down, explore, and find clarity—one brushstroke, scribble, or word at a time.
Below are the ways we can work together. All services are offered virtually and require no art experience—just curiosity and a willingness to begin.

This free 20-minute call is a no-pressure space to connect, share where you are, and ask questions about how this creative, heart-centered process might fit your needs. Whether you’re navigating change, seeking clarity, or simply curious about art journaling as a tool for growth, I’d love to hear your story and offer a thoughtful introduction to the work.

Using simple creative prompts—no artistic skill needed—you’ll be guided to reflect, release, and reconnect with your inner wisdom. These sessions are a calm, non-judgmental space to gain clarity and insight, whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just needing a pause to listen inward.
5-session package —$325
This coaching package is for those ready to go deeper over time. In five personalized sessions, we’ll use expressive art journaling as a tool for emotional processing, intuitive insight, and gentle transformation. The package offers space, continuity, and a more integrated experience—all at a reduced rate.

Join me in my Therapeutic Art Journaling Workshops where you will discover how powerful combining writing and creative expression can be for your well-being!
No previous art experience OR fancy art supplies needed to take my workshops.
I lead small groups only, so it’s a fantastic way to explore the many benefits of art journaling with guidance every step of the way.
Bonus is you will meet people from all over interested in the same topic as you: taking care of yourself.
